No Drive Supply Drive
Travel around Columbia and collect basic supplies to fill the City of Refuge Basic Needs Supply Closet—no cars involved!
SATURDAY, APRIL 4TH, 2026 | 11 AM-2 PM
Local Motion and City of Refuge are teaming up to throw the No Drive Supply Drive on Saturday, April 4. We’ll gather at the City of Refuge at 11 AM, and then split up into biking, busing, and walking groups. Participants will visit a handful of stores and purchase toiletries or other small items for the City of Refuge Basic Needs Supply Closet (participants will have a list of common items that are being requested). Then we’ll head back to City of Refuge to gather on the patio to hang out, celebrate, and sort through supplies to see our impact!
Walk: Choose your own adventure, but the following places would work well for a downtown walking route: Walgreens, Schnucks, Lee’s Market, and various bodegas downtown. Aim to return by 1:30
Bike Route: You are welcome to choose your own adventure, but a recommended route is Gerbes on Ash to Schnucks on Forum then taking the trail downtown to Schnucks downtown, and back to City of Refuge. Aim to return by 1:30.
Bus Route: Take the Red Route West Bus Stop on Broadway at 11:25. Get off the bus at the Park De Ville Dr. Walmart stop. To return on the bus, pick it up at the same stop on Park De Ville Dr. at 1:05 p.m. and get off at 1:15 at the Columbia Library to return to City of Refuge.
