Pricing and Scholarships

Standard registration is $100 and includes registration and meals, but you will need to book separately for your lodging. If you have financial barriers to attending the summit, please select one of our scholarship options. A partial scholarship includes registration, lodging, and meals. A full scholarship includes registration, lodging, meals, and a travel stipend. There is a limited quantity of scholarships, with 50 for each, and they will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Consider selecting a scholarship option if any of the following apply to you:

• Your organization doesn't have money budgeted to attend a conference.

• You are a volunteer, grassroots leader in transportation.

• Your expenses to attend exceed what your organization will give you.

• You want to attend as an individual but cannot afford the personal cost.

Scholarship awardees are required to participate in all three days of the summit. If you check the scholarship option and don't need lodging, please reach out to Gabi Jacobs at gabi@lomocomo.org.

Meals

The purchase of your Summit ticket includes meals during your entire time. We provide snacks and dinner on your first day, all three meals and snacks on the second day, and for your last day, breakfast, AM snack, and we will send you home with a boxed lunch. If you have any dietary restrictions or food preferences, please provide that information in the registration form below and we will work with the hotel to accommodate your needs!

Lodging

If you select either of the scholarship options, we will provide you with a hotel room at The Broadway. However, we also have room rates at two hotels for individuals paying for their lodging. One is at The Broadway, where the conference will take place, and the other is at The Hampton Inn & Suites (1.5 miles away). The individual will be responsible for getting to the conference and/or parking. Our group reservations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
