Week Without Driving: Less Than a Week Away!
Local Motion is proud to bring the Week Without Driving Campaign back to Columbia for the second year. From September 29 – October 5, we’re inviting everyone to put down their car keys and experience life as a non-driver.
The week kicks off with a party at Café Berlin featuring the launch of Local Motion’s very first zine, designed by local artist Nick Potter. This zine uplifts the stories of Columbia’s non-drivers and highlights the barriers they face.
We need your help to make it a success! Join us to fold zines, enjoy dinner (on us until 6pm), and take one home with you!
Monday, September 29 | 5–6:30 PM | Café Berlin

Be the First: Take Our Community Survey
Each year, Local Motion collects data on how folks in CoMo get around. Last year, our Transportation Security Index results made headlines for highlighting gaps in access and safety. Read the coverage here.
Now it’s your turn! Help shape this year’s findings by completing the 2025 survey and sharing it widely.
Volunteers Needed!
Mid-Missouri Pride Fest — October 4 and 5th
