A walk audit is a tool to improve our streets to ensure that everyone can get where they want to go, especially for folks that walk, bike, and use wheelchairs to get around. We do this by bringing together the community to assess walking safety, accessibility, and the comfort of the area from the perspective of a pedestrian. Tune into this presentation to hear about the benefits of conducting a walk audit in your community.
